Services and Products Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the analysis of requirements and the drafting of responses for invitations to tender;
• Participate in the technological watch of the business domain;
• Support the project managers by producing documentation related to the projects;
• Follow up on requests, provide online assistance and document requests;
• Review and produce product support documents;
• Provide technical support for the use of our solutions at the functional level;
• Document typical customer use cases and support cases;
• Provide implementation consulting services to customers.
