The system offers comprehensive management of acquisitions and collections, spanning various domains such as fine arts, ethnohistory, decorative arts, history, sciences and technologies, archaeology, and natural sciences. It includes features like managing insurance, conservation, copyright, locations, evaluations, keywords, claims, restorations, and inventory checks for each collection item.
Additionally, the system handles historical archives according to RDDA, integrates digitization and photography through drag-and-drop, provides management of catalogs, exhibitions, classification, contacts, documents of any format, logging, custom profiles and metadata, security and access control, organizations, internal and external loans, and enables the activation and editing of custom reports. It also offers full-text search within the solution’s content, advanced search across all input fields, and a navigation view of the inventory.
